Dipl.-Ing. Alen Karic BSc.

is a Vienna based architect.

Alen has studied architecture with distinction at the Vienna University of Technology, prior to that he has completed a Higher Technical College for building construction. His graduation project “Synapsis – a city vision for Vienna” got published at the well known portal Baunetz and in architecture magazines.

During his passion for architecture he has dived into different areas of architecture, planning and design. From early watercolour painting of buildings to the technical planning, such as submission and execution planning, details to contemporary architecture and design.

Alen is currently working for the renowed international architecture firm Snohetta. Previously he has worked in all stages for Berger+Parkkinen Architects in Vienna and as a designer for concept design development at MAD Architects in Beijing.
